Our agent Tory was fantastic. Never felt pressured into making a decision that wasn't right for us. Was extremely helpful through out the entire process and made everything as stress free as possible. Was always available and happy to answer any and all questions we had, and we had a lot. Will recommend to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

Tory and Nicole Dahlenburg are pretty amazing people. Not just amazing realtors. We met with them to give them an idea of what we were looking for and the following weekend we were out and about looking at some we had suggested as well as some that Tory had pulled for us. He really took to heart what we wanted and turned out a good day of house showing. The weather wasn't perfect, but he was still a trooper. By the end of that weekend we had found the home we wanted and an offer was in the works. Tory truly made everything so easy. He was never not available, gave recommendations for great companies to do the numerous things needed for the home closing process, and always accommodated our weird and late evening schedules. Tory even recommended the lender that we went with who was fantastic, on top of it, and the easiest person to work with. All in all, Tory and Nicole took care of us and sailed us through our first home buying process with amazing ease. Tory and Nicole are like family. They offered to help with simple renovations and even with our move. I'm 8 months pregnant so it was a kind offer, lol. I will always recommend Team Dahlenburg as the best realtors in the business as they simply, truly are.

I am thrilled to have had Tory Dahlenburg as my real estate agent for my newly purchased home in Murfreesboro, Tn. Tory was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious. He made every effort to ensure that my expectations for my new home were met. I literally sold my previous home and moved into my new home in a period of 5 weeks. In order to transition into my new home in such a short period of time, Tory devoted hours and days searching for just the right home to meet my criteria. Upon finding my "Perfect Home", Tory was not only present for the Appraisal and the Home Inspection, but he literally made his own punch list of items during the inspection which needed to be additionally addressed by the builder. As a former real estate agent, myself, I can truly say that Tory went above and beyond any services I have ever seen performed by any Real Estate Agent. He definitely has a passion for his job and his work ethics are unsurpassed by many. I feel very blessed to have had Tory as my agent and I, also, sincerely consider him a friend who always had my best interests at heart. Thank you so much, Tory, for just being you.

Nicole and Tory were excellent realtors and amazing caring people. Being elderly there were so many things I could not do, Tory went above and beyond helping me to get my house on the market such as repairing my sink, hanging a light fixture, repairing a garage door. Nicole gave me the names of people who could help with repairs that saved me a lot of money and provided excellent service. They were patient, personable, and knowledgable in guiding me through the selling of my property. I could not have undertaken this enormous task without them. My property sold quickly and at a top price. I am so appreciative of all they did for me. They rate well above 5 stars.

Excellent experience with Tory & Nicole. Solid advice. Top service above & beyond. Sold our home in less than 4 days for well over asking price. Actually because of their marketing plan our home became involved in a multiple offer situation. In my line of work the gold standard is "Zero Defect". Tory and Nicole Dahlenburg we're phenomenal! I worked with 2 agents previously and put in over 10 offers on homes and no luck! Within 2 weeks after working with Tory and Nicole they found me a home! They worked extremely hard on the mission to find me a home as quickly as possible. I will be having a child in about a month so this home purchase was crucial and they went through leaps and made it happen. Not only did they help with get the home they also helped with the move and painting as well. In my lifetime i have never heard of any realtors ever doing this. They were amazing to work with since day 1. I can never thank them enough for everything they have done for me and my family! If anyone needs a realtor don't hesitate and Contact Tory and Nicole!

I can not say enough good things about Tory and Nicole. They are an excellent team. After our house was on the market for a little over a month, nothing happen. We took our house off the market and got with Tory & Nicole and after 4 days we got multiple offers and still got what we originally were asking. No doubt, they are good.
